What is dandruff and what causes it?

Dandruff is a common scalp condition that shows up as dry, flaky skin on the scalp. It’s primarily due to an overproduction of Malassezia, a yeast-like fungus that feeds on scalp oil. 50% of people suffer from dandruff, but good news- it’s treatable!

How does Verb Dandruff Shampoo treat dandruff?

We use a highly potent concentration of salicylic acid which helps eliminate and control itchiness, irritation, redness and flaking. Our formula contains nourishing ingredients like clary sage oil to soothe and zinc PCA, to reduce excess sebum.

What makes Verb Dandruff Shampoo clinical strength?

We worked with a dermatologist when creating this shampoo to ensure the highest possible efficacy. Our shampoo has the highest level of salicylic acid (3%) allowed by the FDA for rinse-off hair products.
